The original roof at Sapphire Technical Solutions was an 10,000 square foot total area EPDM roof and needed repair. Seamless Roofing Inc. first cleaned, then patched areas where substrate was bad. This was followed by a urethane and silicone coating system, backed by a 10-year total system warranty that included both labor and materials.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Seamless Roofing Inc. was asked to handle a partial tear off of an old 3,500 square foot roof located over a concrete deck. After tear down, we sprayed 2” of polyurethane foam over the top of the roof and coated it with a basecoat, then a topcoat material.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Seamless Roofing Inc. was brought in to address roof issues on a 44,000 square foot standing seam metal roof. The roof had leaked from day of installation, so after an initial assessment, we cleaned the roof surface, then sealed up all horizontal seams and transitions around units. PROJECT OVERVIEW:

For this 35,000 square foot R Panel metal roof, Seamless Roofing Inc. was asked to clean then seal all visible areas. The roof was pressure washed and cleaned, then we sealed all horizontal seams and penetrations. From there we caulked all screw heads, then applied a base coat and a top coat.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

For this BUR (build up roof) or cap sheet that covered 20,000 square feet, Seamless Roofing Inc. cleaned by pressure washing the area. Then we repaired a few areas of existing substrate before applying a urethane base coat and a silicone white top coat.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The roof at DataDoc had considerable gravel build up, so Seamless Roofing Inc. first had to remove all loose gravel. This was followed by cleaning all dirt and gravel that remained on the roof. We then applied a specially formulated emulsion adhesive over the top of the gravel. This adhesive flood coats the roof surface encapsulating the gravel, allowing the roofing fabric to adhere to the gravel. This was followed by a white silicone top coat.
