Seamless Roofing Inc. was asked to clean then seal all visible areas of this 62,500 square foot metal roof. We pressure washed and cleaned the roof, then sealed all horizontal seams and penetrations. Afterwards, we caulked all screw heads, applied a base coat and then a top coat.
