Seamless Roofing Inc. was brought in because of leaking on a 40,000 square foot standing seam metal roof. We began by cleaning the roof surface, then sealing up all horizontal seams and transitions around units. An acrylic base coat and top coat was then applied with a 10-year labor and materials warranty.
