For this 35,000 square foot R Panel metal roof, Seamless Roofing Inc. was asked to clean then seal all visible areas. The roof was pressure washed and cleaned, then we sealed all horizontal seams and penetrations. From there we caulked all screw heads, then applied a base coat and a top coat.
